  • Non-Binding Nature: Help4You is not a party to any agreement between Customers and Service Providers. Any transactions, agreements, or contracts formed are solely between the Customer and the Service Provider.
  • Information Accuracy: While we strive to ensure that the information on our Platform is accurate, we do not warrant the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any information provided by Service Providers or Customers.

4. User-Generated Content

  • Service Provider Listings: Service Providers are solely responsible for the content they post, including descriptions, prices, and images. By posting on Help4You, Service Providers grant Help4You a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content on the Platform.
  • Customer Reviews: Customers may post reviews of Service Providers they have used. Help4You is not liable for the accuracy or content of these reviews but reserves the right to remove reviews deemed inappropriate or harmful.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees and Payments: Help4You may charge fees to Service Providers for listing services on the Platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed at the time of listing and may be updated periodically. Customers will pay Service Providers directly for services rendered unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: Help4You does not handle refunds for services. Any refund requests or disputes must be resolved between the Customer and the Service Provider.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Help4You Content: All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Help4You. You may not use any of our content without prior written consent.
  • User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they post on Help4You but grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our Platform.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Platform “As-Is”: Help4You is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
